New rules of golf start January 1, 2019
The new rules of golf come into effect January 1, 2019.
One of the major points of contention is that players will now be allowed to putt with the pin in or out. The new rules are supposed to help speed up the game of golf but what if player No.1 wants the pin out and then player No.2 wants it back in and No.3 wants it back out?
