Jason Day picked up his second win of 2018 at the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow.
The 30 year-old Australian was able to fend off American’s Aaron Wise and Nick Watney for a two stroke win and finished at 12-under par for the tournament.
After struggling through personal issues for most of 2017, Day is returning to the form of 2015 when he was the No. 1 ranked player in the world.
Day picked up a win back in January at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines and followed that up with a T2 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am in February.
With the win at Quail Hollow, Day has now moved up to No. 7 in the Official World Golf Rankings and is ranked No. 2 in the Fed Ex Cup points.

“Two wins already and I’m looking for a major next and I’m just trying to get back to No. 1.”
