Hideki Matsuyama enters the 2017 PGA Championship as the hottest player on the PGA Tour.
Matsuyama absolutely torched the field last week at the WGC Bridgestone Invitational after firing a course record 61 on Sunday which earned him a five shot victory over Zach Johnson.
The 25 year-old already has five wins under his belt but he is still chasing his first ever win at one of golf’s majors. He had a second place finish earlier this year at the U.S Open and is considered one of the favourites to win the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow.
