DeLaet suffers injury set back withdraws from Farmers
Graham DeLaet’s injury struggles continue in 2020 as the 38 year-old Canadian has withdrawn from the Farmers Insurance Open.
DeLaet had spent almost two years away from golf while he worked to recover from multiple back surgeries.
He was slowly working his way back into the mix on the PGA Tour having played in five tournaments since October but the injury at Torrey Pines appears to be another set back in his recovery.
DeLaet’s injury was first reported by Jon McCarthy of the Toronto Sun.
Graham DeLaet was down on one knee in some pain on the range here @FarmersInsOpen. Left on a golf cart and didn’t play in his pro-am.
Big hopes from all of 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 that he’s okay.

DeLaet confirmed his injury and expressed his frustration over his back struggles.
The frustration of a bad back can only be known by those who share my pain. Disappointed to have to WD this week.
