Did Furyk make the right call picking Mickelson?
Jim Furyk announced three new additions to the Team USA Ryder Cup squad by adding Bryson DeChambeau, Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson.
DeChambeau has won in back to back weeks and is No. 1 in the FedEx Cup standings which was a no brainer and even the selection of Tiger didn’t raise any eyebrows because of how well he has been playing of late.
However, GTC hosts Mark Zecchino and Bob Weeks ponder if Mickelson was picked to the Ryder Cup squad because of his play or his name.
