Brooke Henderson fires course record 63 at CP Women’s Open
There is no place like home.
Dorothy said that in the Wizard of Oz back in 1939 and that sentiment still rings true today for Canadian Brooke Henderson in 2017.
The 19 year-old native of Smith Falls, ON fired a blazing 63 on moving day at the CP Women’s Open at the Ottawa Hunt Club, setting a course record in the process.
Course record 63 for Brooke Henderson who is now solo second. Leaders yet to tee off. #carlpetterson

Henderson struggled during her first two rounds and needed a birdie on 18 on Friday just to make the cut.
That all changed in the third round for Henderson who is playing on her home course at the Ottawa Hunt Club.
There have been massive crowds in Ottawa following Henderson around the course and she didn’t disappoint her Canadian supporters today.
