The Open Championship at Carnoustie in Scotland could provide Tiger Woods his best of chance of winning in 2018. Golf Talk Canada hosts Mark Zecchino and Bob Weeks say the course plays out well for Tiger’s game but only if he is able get the mental part of his game in the right place.
